The Airline Trolley is a durable, BIS-certified respiratory system designed for hazardous and oxygen-deficient environments. Capable of providing continuous breathing air for up to 4 hours, it delivers a reliable and fail-safe air supply through high-pressure cylinders, a medium-pressure hose, a Lung Demand Valve (LDV), and a full-face mask. With the air cylinders securely mounted on a transportable trolley, users experience zero carrying weight, ensuring greater comfort during extended operations. Ideal for confined-space applications such as sewer entry, tank cleaning, and spray painting, the system comes equipped with a standard 50-meter air supply hose, extendable up to a total length of 100 meters, dual safety alarms, and a seamless cylinder replacement mechanism for uninterrupted operation.

Salient Features

Highly Adaptable: Suitable for one or two users with four high-pressure compressed air cylinders (6L × 300 bar steel cylinders or 6.8L/9L × 300 bar lightweight carbon fibre composite cylinders).
Extended Reach: Standard 50-meter air supply hose extendable up to a total length of 100 meters.
Fail-Safe Pneumatics: First-stage pressure reducer delivers a high airflow of over 600–1000 LPM, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of breathing air to the Lung Demand Valve (LDV).
Uninterrupted Operation: Pneumatic system allows seamless replacement of exhausted cylinders without interrupting airflow. Includes provision for plant air intake.
Dual Warning Alarms: High-pressure whistle on the trolley activates at approximately 55 bar, while a medium-pressure audible alarm at the wearer's end activates between 3–5 bar.
Zero User Burden: Eliminates the weight and bulk of carrying cylinders. A flame-retardant belt harness secures the breathing hose, preventing strain on the face mask while allowing unrestricted head movement.
Robust Trolley Design: Welded construction available in corrosion-resistant coated Mild Steel or SS304. Features four wheels with two rear brakes, two front swivel wheels, and an integrated hose reel with handle and brake to prevent accidental uncoiling.
Fire-Retardant Hose Options: Available with non-kinking R6 flexible hose or anti-static hose.
Heat-Resistant High-Pressure Hose: Extremely durable hose capable of withstanding direct exposure to temperatures up to 130°C or boiling water for up to 15 minutes.
Face Mask & LDV: First-breath activated positive pressure Lung Demand Valve (LDV) available with tilt valve or balanced piston options, paired with the Protect 2005 full-face mask featuring double sealing flaps, a 5-point harness, a wide-view polycarbonate (PC) visor, speech diaphragm, and self-demisting capabilities.
Integrated Monitoring: Equipped with a luminescent high-pressure gauge for continuous cylinder pressure indication and a medium-pressure gauge for monitoring supplied air pressure.
