The ELBA PP (Emergency Life Breathing Apparatus – Positive Pressure) is a compact, high-performance respiratory protection system designed for short-duration work and emergency escape. Engineered to provide safe and unrestricted evacuation from hazardous or oxygen-deficient environments where breathing becomes difficult or life-threatening, it delivers reliable positive pressure protection for maximum user safety and confidence.

  • High-Visibility Safety Bag: Durable orange carrying bag with photo-luminescent panels for enhanced visibility in low-light and emergency conditions.
  • Advanced Full-Face Mask: Constructed from durable EPDM rubber with a secure facial seal. Features an impact-resistant, self-demisting wide-view visor, clear speech diaphragm, 5-point harness with neck strap, and an easy-to-click plug-in connector for the Lung Demand Valve (LDV).
  • Positive Pressure LDV: First-breath activated Lung Demand Valve available with tilt valve or optional balanced piston design, delivering a stable, silent air supply with minimal breathing resistance.
  • Convenient Switch-Off Button: Centrally positioned push button enables quick and easy deactivation of the positive pressure function.
  • Reliable Pressure Reducer: Balanced first-stage pressure reducer provides excellent airflow characteristics for dependable breathing performance.
  • Quick Pressure Inspection: External viewing window allows cylinder pressure to be checked without opening or dismantling the unit.
  • Lightweight Cylinder Configuration: Equipped with a 2L × 300 bar carbon fibre composite cylinder, providing approximately 15 minutes of breathing duration.

  • Full-face mask approved to IS 14166 : 2024 Class 3.
  • Cylinder and valve approved by PESO (Chief Controller of Explosives – CCOE) for high-pressure applications.
