The CABA 6000 series is a high-performance 3-point height-adjustable SCBA set designed for advanced fire fighting and rescue operations. It features a customizable orthopaedic backplate, a Class 3 fire-resistant full-face mask, and intrinsically safe monitoring options certified to stringent IS and PESO standards.

Salient Features

• Back Plate and Body Harness: Features a glass-filled polyamide orthopaedic backplate with a 3-position adjustable height, secure lock, and swiveling waist belt for enhanced mobility. It includes flame, chemical, and abrasion-resistant padding, aramid webbing, snag-free hose routing, and luminescent protective sleeves.
• Cylinder Options: Choose between 300-bar cylinders: a 6L steel option or 6.8L/9L lightweight carbon composite.
• First Stage Reducer: A detachable, tamper-proof reducer delivering 1000 LPM flow at 300 bar, maintaining at least 500 LPM down to 20 bar. It includes a safety relief valve and an automatic flow restrictor limiting high-pressure airflow to under 25 LPM.
• Demand Valve (Second Stage): An ergonomic tilt valve/balanced piston design that maintains positive pressure even at 10 bar. It features a quick plug-in connection and a reset button to prevent air loss when removing the mask.
• Whistle Assembly: Activates automatically at 20% remaining air, emitting a >90 dB warning near the ear while limiting signal-induced air loss to a maximum of 5 LPM.
• Monitoring Devices: Equipped with a Mechanical cum Digital Gauge (DPG-01X) featuring an integrated auto-distress alarm (minimum 102 dB) that triggers manually or upon lack of movement. Also includes a luminescent analog gauge integrated directly with the whistle, eliminating manifold blocks.
• Full Face Masks: Includes IS 14166: 2024 Class 3 certified masks (Protect 2005 BV or FT) featuring hypoallergenic silicone, ultra-wide anti-fog visors, and quick plug-in LDV connections.
• Additional Accessories: Features a "Y" manifold for a Second Man Connection and includes a carrying case.
