D-2000-S Full Face Screw-in Mask

The D-2000-S Full Face Screw-in Mask is designed to provide reliable protection against hazardous gases, vapours, and particulates in demanding industrial environments. Available in high-grade EPDM or Silicone, the mask offers excellent chemical resistance, durability, and user comfort for extended periods of wear.

Engineered for general industrial applications, the mask features a standard screw-in connection compatible with a wide range of JLD gas filters, making it a versatile respiratory protection solution for the chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and process industries.

Salient Features

Superior Visibility: Equipped with a 180° wide-vision polycarbonate visor that is both impact-resistant and scratch-proof.
Ergonomic & Secure Fit: Features a 5-point head harness and a double sealing frame for a secure, pressure-free seal. The design is universally sized to fit a wide range of facial profiles.
Inner Mask Design: Includes a close-fitting oral-nasal inner mask to prevent CO₂ buildup and reduce fogging.
Standardized Thread Connection: Standard thread connection Rd40 according to EN 148-1 / IS 14138 (Part 1): 1994.
Advanced Safety Materials: Includes a Neoprene flame-retardant neck strap and head harness. The mask is resistant to extreme temperatures and flammability as per IS 14166.
User Comfort: Designed with a perspiration drain to prevent skin irritation during prolonged use. Typically made from non-aging, chemical-resistant EPDM rubber, which is gentle on the skin, hypoallergenic, and non-toxic.
Speech Transmitter: Allows clear communication while wearing the mask.
Average Visual Field Score (VFS): A full face mask must have an average VFS of at least 98.
Specific Dot Inclusions: The visual field score must include six out of eight dots within specific sections of the modified VFS scale (20° to 30°, 340° to 350°, 150° to 160°, and 190° to 200°).
Critical Dots: At least two of the four critical dots lying in these sections must be included.

Filter Compatibility

Compatible with JLD Make Class 2 Gas Filters including A2, B2, E2, K2, and ABEK2, rated up to 0.5 vol% (5,000 ppm) maximum permissible concentration for many gases and vapours when used with full face screw-in mask.
